These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are entered into between you (“you” or “your”) and Tracerrr Ltd (“we,” “us,” or “our”), publisher of the Zire Golf Newsletter (“Zire Golf”). These Terms govern your access to and use of the newsletter, its content, and any related features or services delivered via our chosen distribution platform, currently powered by Beehiiv Inc. (“Beehiiv”).By subscribing to or reading Zire Golf, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not subscribe or access Zire Golf.Zire Golf is offered to individuals aged 16 or older. By subscribing, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

All content in Zire Golf (including articles, graphics, logos, and design) is the property of Tracerrr Ltd or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.You may not copy, redistribute, republish, or otherwise use our content without prior written permission, except for personal use (e.g., forwarding the email in its entirety to a friend).
Zire Golf is currently free. We may introduce paid subscription tiers or premium access in the future.
All payments (if introduced) will be processed through our distribution platform (currently Beehiiv) and/or their integrated payment provider (Stripe).
No refunds will be provided once a payment is made.
You agree not to:
Redistribute or reproduce Zire Golf content without permission.
Misuse or alter the newsletter for misleading, unlawful, or harmful purposes.
Attempt to interfere with Beehiiv’s systems or delivery technology.
If you believe Zire Golf has published material that infringes your copyright, please contact us at [email protected]. We will respond in line with applicable UK copyright law.
Zire Golf runs on Beehiiv’s technology stack. By subscribing, you also agree to any applicable Beehiiv platform terms, which govern the underlying system that delivers our content.Our newsletter may also contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Zire Golf is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tracerrr Ltd and its officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Zire Golf.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tracerrr Ltd against any claims arising from your misuse of Zire Golf or violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Tracerrr Ltd regarding Zire Golf.
