If you do not agree, please unsubscribe and do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

  • Zire Golf delivers newsletters and related digital content to subscribers via email.

  • Content is for informational and opinion purposes only. It is not financial, betting, or professional advice.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Free subscriptions: Delivered at no cost.

  • Paid subscriptions (if introduced): Require payment via Beehiiv’s integrated payment system (Stripe).

  • Billing: Payment is taken in advance of each subscription period (monthly or annual).

  • No refunds: All payments are final. By subscribing, you agree that refunds are not available except where required by law.

  • Cancellation: You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period.

4. Use of Content

  • All content in Zire Golf is owned by Tracerrr Ltd.

  • You may not copy, redistribute, republish, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

  • Personal sharing (e.g., forwarding an entire newsletter email to a friend) is allowed, but commercial redistribution is prohibited.

5. Platform & Technology

  • Zire Golf is powered by Beehiiv Inc.

  • By subscribing, you agree that Beehiiv may process your data and deliver our emails.

  • Beehiiv’s terms may also apply to your use of the service.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Misuse Zire Golf content (e.g., reselling or passing off as your own).

  • Attempt to disrupt or interfere with Beehiiv’s systems or delivery technology.

  • Use the service for unlawful or harmful purposes.

7. Disclaimers

  • Zire Golf is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

  • We make no guarantees about accuracy, completeness, or uninterrupted availability.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties (express or implied).

8. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tracerrr Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Zire Golf.

  • Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the 12 months prior to the claim (if applicable).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tracerrr Ltd and its officers, employees, and affiliates from claims arising from your misuse of Zire Golf or breach of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
